Extensions
Agcad Design tackles all types of extensions from small rooms on the back of your existing home to major refurbishments and renovations. We can also provide designs for standalone buildings such as garages or pool houses etc. Our specialty is extensions to 'heritage' homes in Maitland's famous heritage suburbs.
Custom Homes
Agcad Design can provide individual designs for clients needs limited only by your/our imagination. We take into consideration the geography of the site, the steetscape, the energy efficiency and your individual requirements. Our practical experience allows us to provide a design that can be built to a budget.
Country Homes
Agcad Design has had a long involvement in providing designs to clients on small acreages. We have designed many 'classic country' style homes with the appearance of the Aussie Homestead but all the practicalities of a modern energy efficient home.
Units
Agcad Design has been involved in designing medium density developments of all shapes and sizes from backyard sub-divisions to 60 unit aged care (seniors living) developments. Once again our ability to provide all aspects of the design documentation for Council approval makes us ideally suited to the design of such projects. We also work with single investors who are perhaps looking to invest in property for the first time.
Engineering
Agcad Design has been involved in the preparation of Structural Engineering drawings for 25 years. Our projects are many and varied, both local and inter-state as well as international. We have been involved in all aspects of structural engineering from homes and extensions to 2 billion dollar international airports.
